I cannot find any patterns for hats for 5 year olds. I printed out Happy Hat (sounds like a kid) but then the comments said it is written for an adult.

there are many hat patterns that would be suitable for a 5 year old in the list of patterns, just because its not on a featured list doesn't mean its not here, you may have to check the list yourself to see what would be suitable. Happy knitting.
