This is a cute pattern, but in order to get the fluffy look like in the photo, you would have to use Lion Brand Fun Fur or a similar type of eyelash yarn. Yes, you could use light or DK weight yarn, but it won't be fluffy. I don't usually buy this type of yarn but maybe I'll see some on sale so I can try this pattern.

What I cute idea! I have skeins of this fluffy yarn left over and it seems to have gone "out of vogue." This is a clever way to use it up, and I bet I know some little girls who would love these for the bedrooms!
