These are a good basic mitten pattern but the cuff adds a nice touch of flair. I can't wait to make these for Christmas gifts. I love mittens because they are soooo quick and people are so impressed that you can make them. Way better than gloves--all those fingers are ridiculous!

I made these mittens out of wool and felted them. They turned out great!!! This was my first time knitting mittens and these were very easy. Thanks for the pattern.
