This is a great stitch. I have made several scarves in this stich as it is a reversible stitch pattern. Made both in solid and multicoloured yarns.

I like reversible scarves just like the designer and have made this scarf before - and probably in red, too, for a charity that was collecting red scarves!

Very, very simple, but it doesn't look like it, does it?! Once you see what the pattern stitches are, that's all it takes and you can be off and running with it. It would be great for the beginning knitter because it looks impressive for a first project and no one would need to know how easy it really is!
