What is the finished size of this blanket?

I had made 4 of these blanket as baby presents. One thing that made it hard for me that knit left handed.. I any tell if there website with patterens for people tha knit left handed.. thanks connie H

I have taught knitting for years and recommend Continental [pick] knitting this is especially good for left handed knitters. You use your hands equally so you don't knit 'left handed'. One knitter that was extremely left handed needed to put a mirror up to instructional pictures to see how she would use them.
