Babbling Brook Beanie
This cute and casual knit beanie pattern is the perfect knit for spring. Light and airy, the Babbbling Brook Beanie is a breezy option for milder days. This beanie is constructed with the bowknot stitch, a fun design that gives the hat a rippled effect, hence its name. We love the turquoise and gray color combo of the Babbling Brook Beanie, but any other worsted weight color is suitable for this pattern.

I always like patterns where I can use different kinds of yarn. Cotton and recycled cashmere? Interesting! This does not take up much yarn so I can use leftover yarn. I always need hats for the NY winters. In addition I do a lot of charity knitting and hats are always called for. Make this hat and a matching scarf and I am set to go. The stitch pattern is interesting as well so it does not get boring. Thank you.

This is an interesting pattern in this hat which gives it a striking appearance. The blogger made it with cotton and cotton blend yarns, which I like a lot, so I might try it in those. You could make it in complimentary colors but contrasting colors might look good too.
